Description

Morgana Beer cl 75

Slightly amber loaded yellow beer.
Not filtered nor pasteurized, refermented in bottle with hoppy perfume.
The fact that is not being filtered is denoted by the slight sediment that is on the bottom, making it a characteristic and not a defect.
This process allows to preserve all its aromas and perfumes.

There are several varieties of hops used, ranging from Hallertau or Tettnang, to add a touch of bitterness, to the Czech Saaz and English Goldings that bring its fragrant aroma.
It is a non-filtered, non-pasteurized craft beer, produced with the high fermentation method that enhances its aromas and flavors.
The small amount produced for each crush and the use of an almost completely manual control system make it a product susceptible to minute, but multiple, variable.

After the primary fermentation, the beer is bottled with a small addition of sugar to restart the secondary fermentation. In this phase the formation of the classic natural carbonation and of the so-called foaming takes place. This refermentation process continues as time passes, even more slowly.

The more time passes, the more the taste evolves. All the factors listed above may give rise to small differences between a production batch and the other, differences that must be considered as characteristics of the genuineness and craftsmanship of Birra Morgana.
