Description

Company introduction:
In 2015 Fabio Lucchese founded “Enotria Tellus” and in 2016 he inaugurated the company with the first harvest and vinification.

Enotria Tellus means “Land of Wine”. That’s how in ancient history people referred to Italy, to denote the great winemaking vocation of our territory. During his training, Fabio was fascinated by this wording and decided to name his cellar this way.

The vineyards are located in the municipality of San Polo di Piave, in the heart of the Piave lands. Next to the winery lies our oldest yard: the “Bellussera”, a farming system that we have inherited from a fascinating and spectacular past, its view from above is poetically reminiscent of a geometric embroidery. These vines are majestic and evocative living witnesses of our legacy and an inspiration for our future generations.

We have invested in plants and equipment to operate accordingly with the most advanced wine processing and preservation techniques. This allows us to maintain the grape’s acquired characteristics and the typicality of each variety.

The energy used in our company comes largely from photovoltaic plant, while the residual needs are covered by the hydroelectric plants located in the Dolomites. The entire company philosophy is based on respecting the environment and therefore reducing any negative impacts on it.

Our logo is the yellow poppy; Yellow poppy is one of the rarest and least known poppies. This flower tenaciously roots in the detritus in which it lives and with its bright yellow color it is one of the most beautiful ornaments of the calcareous scree of the Alps. Its great strength and its wonderful color won us over. We made it our symbol because we can see ourself in the delicacy and elegance of its petals, and its tenacity which allows it grow on difficult terrain. We also feel like big yellow poppies: our personalities and our emotions united in a decisive way with the more technical and precise skills of viticulture and winemaking. Our products are feelings enclosed in a bottle, and told in their own way by the beautiful yellow poppy.

The Promo Box contains:

LABEL DESCRIPTION: The word “Balikwas” means suddenly jumping into another situation and feeling surprised, completely change you perspective and understanding of something that you thought you knew differently. Therefore it means “jumping beyond the wall of your comfort zone”. A comfort that is represented in the label by red poppies, beautiful and reassuring but all alike, separated by a wall from floating, carefree and different yellow poppies. Our Balikwas with its fresh and vivacious taste characterized by the strong note of lime wants to surprise you and let you discover our personal version of sparkling white wine. The excellent acidity and the low sugar content give it a full, sapid and balanced taste.

1 bottle of “Piradobis” Rosso IGT Marca Trevigiana 2018 (75cl per bottle)

It is characterized by the grapefruit note and the floral scents of jasmine and wisteria that make it a fresh and tasty sparkling wine. The vintage Extra Dry Doc Treviso was our first product and it is its strong and unmistakable taste that inspired us towards the yellow poppy.
